He is is a director of Hamford Studio and Company Secretary of Recording Logistics and Decoy Studios. He is chairman trustee of We are Music. He and Cenzo Townshend have worked together for over 20 years and they have developed Decoy Studios, a world class residential Recording studio facility.
Peter Browne
Peter BrowneTrustee
Pete has supported We are Music since its formation in 2009. He helped build much of the facilities and continues to provide regular support maintaining the equipment. He also enjoys building guitars. Pete is always available to help with all our events and gigs. He is a trustee of We are Music.
Joe McCann
Joe McCannTrustee
Joe is a former rock school apprentice who worked for several years at Decoy Studios. He assisted Cenzo Townshend at Decoy Studios gaining his first credits on the latest Skaters album and also worked on such artists as George Ezra and Jamie T. He developed the studio at We are Music and has recorded bands such as Fagan, Joe Boyd, Vardo and the Boss, Innovence, Mary do you Wanna, and Amber Scott. He also played the Royal Albert Hall in 2014 with Amber and Ross.
Amber Scott
Amber ScottTrustee
Amber works at an independent School in Norwich as Equality Diversity & Inclusion (EDI Officer) She is a multi- talented musician, singer song-writer. She is the front person with Swimsuit Competition writing and performing original material. After studying Music Technology she spent six months working at Decoy Studios with Cenzo Townshend.

Toby Scott
Toby ScottProject Manager and Music Leader
Toby is a multi- talented musician currently playing bass in Swimsuit Competition and is Manager of Hamford Studio. He is Project Manager for all the We are Music projects with experience as both an event organiser, live sound engineer and music mentor to bands. He has gained management experience with Get Known and Coloursound Records. He was a former live events apprentice and supports programmes, through his contacts, that assist young bands into the music industry.
Nigel Whatling
Nigel Whatling Music Leader
Nigel is co-founder of the Curves and a drummer with many years experience. He regularly supports sessions in the Harwich centre as a Music Leader and helps young bands with live performace support. He supports Toby on the Jaywick sessions and the Primary School engagement project. He also provides one to one lessons on drums. 
Kyle Willats

Kyle has been a member of Rock School since he was ten and has played in several bands. He finished his Internship in March and is now a really useful asset to the team. In 2018 he played in Rebellion who visited Biberach to play in “The English week Concert”. He now is a DJ, plays in bands, provide video support to Get known and runs lighting and events in the Kingsway Hall
Nakitta Rozier

Nakitta has been helping We are Music for several years developing her social media skills working with young bands and artists. She also has provided music reviews for an online magazine and a blog. She is supporting the operation as Safeguarding representative and also helping to promote more female participants in WAM. She provides social media and marketing support to Hamford View and Hamford Studio.
William Atkinson

Will again started Rock School when he was nine and formed a band Dynamites which still plays together eight years later! He is an accomplished vocalist and guitarist that enjoys working with young bands. He is currently taking a Popular music course at Colchester Institute alongside his internship.
Tyler Gosling
Tyler GoslingIntern
Tyler also started with Rock School playing bass in a variety of bands. He is undertaking his internship alongside a popular music course at Colchester Institute. In the internship he is developing his recording studio skills in Pro Tools.

Cenzo Townshend

Cenzo is an award winning mix engineer who run Decoy Studios in Melton Suffolk. He has been associated with We are Music since the start of the charity.
Over the last twenty years he has been involved in mixing best selling albums and singles from talents such as: Ed Sheeran, the Rolling Stones, The Maccabees, Everything Everything, U2, Snow Patrol, Elbow, Florence & the Machine, George Ezra, Ben Howard, Jamie T, Block Party and Jake Bugg.He has been awarded ‘Best Mix Engineer’ by The Music Producers Guild in 2009, 2010 and has been nominated in 2016 and 2017. In 2018 he won best album with Everything Everything.
Gaz Burley
Gaz BurleyMusic Leader
Gaz Burley is an accomplished drummer with Dingus Khan and recently with Swimsuit Competition. He has considerable festival, live performance and recording experience and will support young bands during their development.
Rob Sellens
Rob SellensEngineer at Decoy Studios
Whilst at University Rob had work experience at Livingston Studios, RAK Studios and Yellow Fish Studios. After University he worked Fossil Studios and Church Studios, working alongside Paul Epworth, Matt Wiggins and Raz Olsher.

Since 2016 he has been working as house engineer at Decoy Studios, Suffolk, for Cenzo Townshend and supports get Known sessions at Decoy. He has recently worked with Don Broco, Ed Sheeran, Lewis Capaldi, One OK Rocks and Sam Smith.

Benjamin Brown
Benjamin BrownSongwriter
Benjamin Brown is a singer/songwriter. He performs in SuperGlu and Dingus Khan; touring the UK, headlining stages at some of the UK’s biggest festivals (Latitude, Reading and Leeds, Bestival). He was invited out to SXSW festival to perform.
He is providing songwriting courses for young people.
Tom Hough
Tom HoughFreelance Engineer, Mixer, Producer
Tom is a London based freelance engineer, mixer, producer, Dolby Atmos and immersive mixer with nearly 20 years’ experience in the music industry and full credits including Keane, Paloma Faith, Ariana Grande, Headie One and Little Mix. Learning his trade in some of London’s most famous recording studios such as The Town House, Olympic, Metropolis, State of the Arc and Sphere.
Camden Clarke
Camden ClarkeAssistant Engineer-Decoy Studios
Camden trained at The Academy of Contemporary Music (ACM) is a composer, drummer and engineer. He joined Decoy Studios and has developed his skills in mixing in Dolby 7.2.4 Atmos using the Dolby reference rooms in Decoy Studios.
