He is involved with training for Live Events, is a director of Hamford Studio and works with Decoy Studios. He is chairman trustee of We are Music. He works with Cenzo Townshend and Recording Logistics and has been involved with them for over twenty years.
Peter Browne

Pete has supported We are Music since its formation in 2009. He helped build much of the facilities and continues to provide regular support maintaining the equipment. He also enjoys building guitars. Pete is always available to help with all our events and gigs. He is a trustee of We are Music.
Joe McCann
Joe McCannTrustee
Joe is a former rock school apprentice who worked for several years at Decoy Studios. He assisted Cenzo Townshend at Decoy Studios gaining his first credits on the latest Skaters album and also worked on such artists as George Ezra and Jamie T. He developed the studio at We are Music and has recorded bands such as Fagan, Joe Boyd, Vardo and the Boss, Innovence, Mary do you Wanna, and Amber Scott. He also played the Royal Albert Hall in 2014 with Amber and Ross.
Stefan Graham
Stefan GrahamTrustee
Stefan played bass in a 90’s punk and grunge cover band and survived the experience! He now plays in a popular cover band Lossen Up and he joins us now as a Trustee.

Toby Scott
Toby ScottProject Manager and Music Leader
Toby is a multi- talented musician currently playing bass in Swimsuit Competition and is Manager of Hamford Studio. He is Project Manager for all the We are Music projects with experience as both an event organiser, live sound engineer and music mentor to bands. He has gained management experience with Get Known and Coloursound Records. He was a former live events apprentice and supports programmes, through his contacts, that assist young bands into the music industry.
Nigel Whatling
Nigel Whatling Music Leader
Nigel is co-founder of the Curves and a drummer with many years experience. He regularly supports sessions in the Harwich centre as a Music Leader and helps young bands with live performace support. He supports Toby on the Jaywick sessions and the Primary School engagement project. He also provides one to one lessons on drums. 
Amber Scott
Amber ScottMusic Leader
Amber is a multi- talented musician, singer song-writer and has been playing for nine years. She is working with Swimsuit Competition writing and performing original material. After studying Music Technology she spent six months working at Decoy Studios with Cenzo Townshend. She is a Music Leader working with young bands and she also played original material at the Royal Albert Hall with Ross and Joe in 2014.
Sam Browne
Sam BrowneSound Engineering & Music Leader
Sam is an outstanding guitarist and has been playing for ten years. He has joined the Get Known team as a sound engineer working on studio and live sound. He is a member of a power metal band The Fellowship writing much of their material, and also plays in a cover band Loosen Up. He also provides some support to Rock School and Jaywick Rock the Tower sessions.
Gaz Burley

Gaz Burley is an accomplished drummer with Dingus Khan and recently with Swimsuit Competition. He has considerable festival, live performance and recording experience and will support young bands during their development.
Kyle Willats

Kyle has been a member of Rock School for several years. He plays in Rebellion who visited Biberach in November 2018 to play in “The English week Concert”. He is currently an Intern with WAM, learning live sound engineering skills, supporting the Landslide Festival and assisting with Rock School sessions.
Christopher Bartholomew

Christopher joined Rock School with SPECS a young band that went on to play National Festivals at Birmingham and The Royal Albert Hall with Music for Youth. He currenly plays in an acoustic duo with his brother Patrick and helps out with Rock School sessions.
Nakitta Rozier

Nakitta has been helping We are Music for several years developing her social media skills working with young bands and artists. She also has provided music reviews for an online magazine and a blog. She is an accomplished nature photographer who has a keen eye for unusual band and artist shots. She also provides social media and marketing support to Hamford View and Hamford Studio.

Cenzo is an award winning mix engineer who run Decoy Studios in Melton Suffolk. He has been associated with We are Music since the start of the charity.
Over the last twenty years he has been involved in mixing best selling albums and singles from talents such as: Ed Sheeran, the Rolling Stones, The Maccabees, Everything Everything, U2, Snow Patrol, Elbow, Florence & the Machine, George Ezra, Ben Howard, Jamie T, Block Party and Jake Bugg.He has been awarded ‘Best Mix Engineer’ by The Music Producers Guild in 2009, 2010 and has been nominated in 2016 and 2017. In 2018 he won best album with Everything Everything.
Paul Hepworth
Paul HepworthProducer studio owner Wave Break Studios
Wave Break Studios in Walton-on-the-Naze opened in late 2018. Paul recorded Swimsuit Competition’s “Wasted” and has worked with The landed and Beth White Music. He is working with We are Music providing additional studio support.
Steve Honest
Steve HonestFormer owner of Hackney Road Studios
Steve Honest worked with Culture Club, Eurythmics, Fleetwood Mac, Dizzee Rascal, One Direction and toured internationally with Oasis for Be Here Now. He also spent years touring as a sound engineer, guitar technician and tour manager. He worked a lot with Dave Stewart of Eurythmics fame and also on Michael Jackson’s £125million Bad tour.
He set up Hackney Road Studios six years ago with classic analogue equipment from the ’60s and ’70s. He is now using his 40 years’ experience to help young bands and musicians understand what is needed to enter the industry.
